You will be asked to provide participant, parent/guardian, emergency contact, and medical information; review the required clinic waiver and policy packet; complete all required acknowledgments and permissions; provide an electronic parent/guardian signature; and submit the $85 clinic tuition payment.\r\n\r\nRegistration is not complete and a clinic spot is not secured until the entire registration form and payment process have been successfully completed. Clinic space is limited and registrations are accepted based on availability.\r\n\r\nClinic Date: Saturday, August 15, 2026\r\nLocation: The Crossing — 48th Street Gym, Quincy, Illinois\r\n\r\nGrades 4–7: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM\r\nGrades 8–12: 1:00 PM–5:00 PM\r\n\r\nEach athlete should bring basketball shoes, a basketball, water, and a positive attitude.
